Mr. Jasubhai Panchal established Panchal Machinery in the year 1971. He started only with1 shed, a Lathe machine and a Drill machine. In its beginning, Panchal Machinery supplied gearboxes to dairy and textile industry

Established in the year 1971, in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, we, “Panchal Machinery” are a preeminent manufacturer, exporter and supplier of quality-assured range of Industrial Gear Boxes.
1st Hobbing Machine
Panchal Machinery purchased its first Hobbing Machine in the year of 1975. During this time along with developing and manufacturing gearboxes for dairy industry, development of standard design gearboxes was started as well.
Small factory to a larger space
With continuous strive for progress and expansion, 4 new sheds were purchased at Dudheshwar estate, Ahmedabad and a new legacy was started.
Power Master
Development of full range of worm gearboxes with registered brand name POWER MASTER.
1st step towards creating a global footprint
Panchal Machinery first started exporting gearboxes by 1990 to USA and gradually expanded its reach to Europe, Southeast Asia, and Japan.
1st CNC Turning Machine
First CNC Turning Machine was purchased in 2001 and today Panchal Machinery owns 5 CNC turning machines.
Tailor made gearboxes
From year 2001 Panchal Machinery is manufacturing and exporting tailor-made stainless-steel ISO Drive system to USA and Netherlands.
Collaboration with Henschel Antribestechnik GMBH, Germany
In year 2002 Panchal Machinery collaborated with Henschel Antribestechnik GMBH and bought German twin shaft extruder gearbox design. Along with collaboration Panchal Machinery started manufacturing twin shaft extruder gearboxes and exclusively represented Henschel Antribestechnik GMBH in India since then.
CNC Vertical & Horizontal Machine Centre
By 2007 Panchal Machinery had its first CNC Vertical Machining and Horizontal Machining Center.
New Beginning
Panchal Machinery established its second plant in GIDC, Naroda, Ahmedabad with area of 8000 sq.yd.
CNC Gear Grinder
In year 2009 Panchal Machinery purchased German brand CNC Gear Grinder.
Patents
Panchal Machinery got all gearbox designs patented by year 2010.
Advanced HMC & Hobbing Machine
In year 2016 Panchal Machinery purchased Mori Seiki HMC Machine and Gleason Pfauter Hobbing Machine. As of today Panchal Machinery owns:
- 4 Vertical Machining Centre
- 3 Horizontal Machining Centre
- 4 Gear Grinders
Osaka Seimitsu Testing Machine
In year 2020 Panchal Machinery purchased Osaka Seimitsu Testing Machine.
Today Panchal Machinery is thriving towards providing the everlasting excellent quality products and service to its customers along with investing in new technologies for research and development to cater to new applications in the industry.
